is a small, well-established and growing suburban law firm looking to hire a full-time person to be our first impression with our clients and referral partners.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to perform a variety of office and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting, preferably a law firm.
Duties may include:
Greeting visitors and directing them to others based on their needs Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs Processing correspondence Opening transactional files and ordering all required title items Other qualifications include:
Attention to detail Experience with E Closings software desirable Excellent phone, organizational and people skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Effective communicator and self-starter Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40,000.
